Section 1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kbaji platform and all its services. The key terms used below are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the kbaji website, application, and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to a person who has registered an account and is using the platform's services.
• "Account" refers to each user's personal kbaji account.
• "Wallet" refers to the internal balance held within an account.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits granted as a promotional reward.

These terms are governed in accordance with Bangladeshi law and applicable regulations. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate legal process.

Section 2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to participate on the kbaji platform. The platform's services are open only to those aged 21 or above. Providing false information about your age will result in the immediate closure of your account and any deposited balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all accounts and associated balances will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful and accurate. Any changes to your name, mobile number, payment details, or other information must be reported to the kbaji support team. Providing incorrect or false information may cause problems during account verification and may delay or cancel withdrawals.

Section 3 Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

kbaji currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500. While there is no fixed maximum deposit limit, limits may be set based on your account's verification level.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete, though in special circumstances it may take longer.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

The following conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request:

• Account identity verification has been completed.
• Bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method are the same.
• There is no active security review on the account.

kbaji reserves the right to review any withdrawal request. In cases of fraud or suspicious activity, a withdrawal may be temporarily suspended.

Section 4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined amount of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering is fully completed. The deposited amount can be withdrawn normally.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once per user.
• Bonuses are applicable for playing games on the platform only — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Claiming a bonus using multiple accounts will be considered fraud.
• kbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus offers cannot be claimed after they have expired.

Section 5 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

kbaji is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Accessing or using another member's account without authorization.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Misusing the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using a fake identity, stolen payment information, or fraudulent means to operate an account.
• Harassment, hate speech, or threatening behavior toward other members.

Section 6 VIP Program

kbaji's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Promotion to a VIP tier depends on regular and active participation on the platform. Details about cashback amounts and payment timelines can be obtained from the support team. kbaji reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

Section 7 Account Security and Privacy

7.1 Password and Access

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. kbaji will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from sharing login details with a third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

7.2 Data Protection

Section 8 Responsible Gaming

Any user may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding wagering requirements must be met before the request is processed, and any available balance may be withdrawn.

10.2 Termination by kbaji

kbaji reserves the right to close any account for the following reasons:

• A serious breach of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• A directive from authorities for security-related reasons.

Section 11 Limitation of Liability

kbaji bears no liability in the following situations:

• A game is left incomplete due to an internet connection failure.
• A third-party service (mobile payment, internet provider) is disrupted.
• A user suffers a loss by disclosing their own password or login details.
• An account is suspended or closed by order of law or a judicial authority.

kbaji always makes every effort to ensure a safe, fair, and transparent environment. However, compensation for losses arising from unforeseen technical issues may be limited.

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the user and kbaji. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

Not enforcing a clause does not mean kbaji has waived its rights under that clause. Any clause may be enforced in full at a future time if necessary.
